  Built to honour the victims of Naxi liquidation action (6.8.1944) in revenge of the partisan revolt and the murder of 3 Gestapo members. 36 men from Životic and surrounding villages were shot.

• Count Bedřich of Arc's tombstone
  The Empirical tombstone is in the shape of a not very large obelisk. The tombstone is made from white marble. The front side of the obelisk is decorated with the carved coat-of-arms of the Count of Arc, the former owner of the Šumbark estate.
